Cockle Bay access and viewing rules
Darling Harbour's 9pm and midnight fireworks are free and non-ticketed. The 2026 precinct page says managed access starts at 1pm. The City's vantage-point listing gives site hours from 10am but does not clearly identify the event year. These may describe different access arrangements; check with the organisers before travelling. Viewing is first-come, first-served and closes at capacity. There are no pass-outs, so leaving means re-entry cannot be guaranteed. Pyrmont Bridge will be closed as a viewing location for both displays.
